Day 23: Wear a print

This is a blouse that survives the wardrobe purges but I don't wear a lot.
Is it too dark for me or OK?
Worn with navy trouser suit with slimmer legs.
Lighting terrible as it was getting dark by the time I got home from work.

Chunky amber necklace and amber earrings.
The print is quite small scale (too small for me?). It contains navy, rust, coral, medium brown, dark brown, camel and off white which are all in my palette.

Day 22: Wear a gift

Wear a gift - lovely starfish earrings from - from DBF.

Maybe an outer column would look better.

Day 21: Neutrals

 Not liking the blouse untucked
 Best with the jacket open
Not too bad buttoned.

Day 20: Lipstick and eyeshadow

BB cream, 'your lips but better' colour lipstick, ivory and brown eyeshadows. Early hence maniacal grin.
Green eye, green shirt, wet hair.
Eyebrow appt for next Friday evening!

Day 17: Wear an Everyday outfit

Charcoal trousers, grey tweed jacket and red cowl neck top - I think the red needs to be a bit more muted.

Day 16: Wear a hat

This is a Tilley hat ( To be honest this looks a lot better when I am wearing my hiking/travel clothing than with a work casual look. Hmmmm.
Here is the Tilley Hat with secret pocket. Technically this is DBF's hat but he got another one and I sort of acquired this one.

Day 15: Statement Ring

I've not worn any rings since I stopped wearing my wedding ring when I was getting a divorce nearly 5 years ago, so this has been an interesting one. I bought the dress ring on sale for the challenge.

Day 14: Wear coloured shoes

These are some soft burgundy leather brogues worn with a navy trouser suit and pink and navy striped blouse. A fairly typical work outfit.

Day 13: Change your hair

For this I'll just show the the changes I made following Kate's advice.
 With original straight scross fringe.
Started growing fringe out and parting it to give longer face, but mostly pulled back into ponytail!
Now cut to shoulder length and with some layers added.

Day 12: Bold Lipstick

Green teal top and skirt, brown boots and jacket, necklace and scarf. Worked well though no pockets.

Day 11: Double necklaces

Double necklaces: Actually I am wearing 2 of the same bead and chain necklaces, doubled over and hanging at different lengths as 4 strands and another one in similar colours on a ribbon. The red ornage is another favourite colour of mine. The suit is a brown tweed made from dark brown, ivory and orange woven together with orange topstitching and brown velvet trim.

Day 10: Arm Candy

Chunky bracelet worn with blued teal cowl neck top, dark brown trousers, pebbles necklace and chunky turquoise coloured bracelet I notice that although this colour bringsout my green eyes it also casts dark shadows on my chin and neck. Hmmmm. I wonder if Green Teal does the same.

Day 9: Wear Blue

Blue keans, blue jumper and shirt collar to avoid it being too dark around my face.
Without the jumper, shirt tucked in to jeans.
Shirt untucked.

Day 8: Wear two prints or patterns

Black and ivory pinstripe trouser suit, black patent brogues. Black and ivory leaf print jerset top, silver chunky necklace in the shape of leaves.

Day 7: Mix Textures

Chartreuse jacketwith black zipped pockets (Debenhams)
Black boots and black top
Green multistrand necklace
Me-made skirt in polyester jersey

Boots are stretch kitten heel and very uncomfortable so they are getting donated!
Maybe I need to stand on paving as I am sinking into the grass.
